We work primarily on a Fee basis although we can work on a Commssion basis, we leave the choice up to the client. There are profound changes ocurring within the financial services industry and, in preparation for these changes, we are adopting a system of Customer Agreed Remuneration (CAR). Our hourly rates are clearly laid out in our Guide to our Services (copy on request) and these are calculated to take into account our qualifications, overheads and expenses and our time. We work for you, the client, and not for any other institution, be they insurance company, bank or whatever.

We are committed to delivering solutions to meet your individual needs. We offer the first appointment, which is exploratory in nature, at our cost and therefore at no charge to the client, thereafter we offer a Fee or Commission basis of advice, as above.
